It was just amazing. I was given a studio which was fully equipped with its own kitchen, well stocked with a variety of cereals, plenty of milk, bread, jams, yoghurts, butter, teas and coffees plus toaster, kettle and microwave. The location is just fabulous. You are in the heart of the most desirable area in London. Belgravia. The bed was so comfortable and clean. The room was beautifully warm, the bathroom was large and spotlessly clean and it was an absolute joy to stay there. You're a 2 minute walk from all the bespoke shops with their flower fronted facades and delightful breakfast places. Lots of classy restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Definitely returning!

The room was compact but ideal for my length of stay. We did have a leak from the radiator but this was dealt with swiftly. Linen was clean and fresh, even had an additional fan and electric heater if needed. The shower was a little tight and we were advised that the hot water was looking to be upgraded - had to let the tap run for a little while. Nothing major really just like being home waiting for the hot water to kick in - it was fine. The breakfast was plentiful, not buffet style which can end up with clients being wasteful. Breakfast cooked to order with loads of options available.

The B&B is in a great location especially as we were visiting Chelsea flower show. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room is quite small but breakfast overall good. Our bathroom door had no handle on the inside so the door could not be closed properly which could be awkward for some people. Also we would have preferred a mirror in the bedroom, there was one in the bathroom over sink then a full length mirror on the inside of the bathroom door but nothing in the bedroom itself, also a kettle and drink making facilities would have been appreciated.

Basic but clean and fresh carpets and bed linens and towels. Close 10 minute walk to sainsbury supermarket, Victoria station. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants, pubs around. Mini bar fridge with kettle, coffee plunder and microwave. Breakfast items replenished daily. Hairdryer. Maids service cleaned the room daily. 10 minute walk to Tate Britain Gallery. 25min walk to Hyde park. We would stay here again.

We arrived early about 10am to request luggage storage until our check in time, the receptionist checked and since our room was ready they allowed us a free early check in! After a red eye flight that was the nicest thing they could have done. The breakfast room has fresh and made-to-order full English breakfast that is included so we didn't have to spend any extra money on breakfast out. The location is perfect for catching public transit at Victoria. Overall we were very happy with our accommodations for the price we paid.
